To ensure complete relaxation, we recommend that you arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will enable us to personalise your treatment.

Spa Bath Facility:

All appointments booked access private usage of Esteem's Spa Bath facility 30 minutes before or after your treatment.  Please ensure all valuables are secured in the locker provided before using the spa bath.  A robe and slippers will be provided for comfortable movement around the Spa to and from your appointments.  Hair & Make up is also provided upon request.  Please see you Spa Host if you have any questions on arrival.

Appointments:

We recommend making appointments at least one week in advance to avoid disappointment. We are happy to schedule your appointment with less notice depending on the availability of our services at the time. Please have your gift certificate or credit card ready when booking your services

Cancellation Policy:

No-shows and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the full scheduled service.

Parking:

Parking is available underneath or on the roof top of Marina Mirage.

Payments:

Full payment for all services and products is required upon completion of all bookings. We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express (3% surcharge applies). We do not accept cheques as payment.

As a courtesy to our clients, we ask that you turn off your mobile phone upon entering the spa. Please refrain from any mobile phone use during your visit with us.

Due to the tranquil nature of our environment and the comfort of our guests, children must be accommodated at all times in our facilities.
